Does a WhatsApp click count as a customer?
No. It records a click on a WhatsApp link, not a sent message, conversation or sale. Phone and booking links work the same way.
Do you collect what people type into forms?
No. The planned tracker records consented interactions and approved form identifiers, never typed values, names, emails or phone numbers.
How will I receive my reports?
A short digest every Monday at 08:00 SAST, with a read-only web report and a secure client portal.
Can I subscribe right now?
Not yet. VelloMetrics is in development, and subscriptions open once tracking, reporting and payments pass release checks.
